Here’s How It Works!

Register your camper by December 21, 2018.

  • $150.00 non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration (deducted from last payment)

  • Must register for a minimum of four weeks

  • Once enrolled, there are no refunds (may be used as credit and applied to future events)

  • Monthly payments begin Friday, January 4, 2019

  • Monthly payments are made the first Friday of each month

  • All payments must be paid-in-full by Friday, June 7, 2019

Additional Information

  • Program is open to all returning campers and new campers

  • A late fee of $45.00 will be accessed for any payment that is late

  • Credit card information must be updated and is not a reason for a late payment

  • Payments can be made by check, credit card, money order or cash

  • Please call for sibling discounts

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts

  • Before-Care and After-Care are not included in the Loyalty Program, unless prior approval has been received from the Camp Administrator
